i'm still alive, just haven't had the need to say anything here for a while.


the war's begun. it 's been about a 8 days now. lot of people accusing bush of being a war monger. sorry but i can't help but seeing him as a wuss. he tries to look gruff but can't pass it off.


ouch! i hope i don't get secret service grunts knockin' at my door.

times are getting tough. i'd hate to be an iraqi when the bombs start dropping. according to news reports, it's gonna be hell from above the first few nights of the war. and now they're saying hussein may order a pre-emptive strike against u.s. troops. that would certainly legitimize agression on our part.


let's hope and pray that shithead gets [lethally] cracked on the head this weekend so hostilities can be avoided.

it's been quite a while since i've blogged here. i guess it's a combination of too much work- getting my students ready for next week's big writing test- and hanging out at the mini owners' lounge reading what other owners have to say about cars like mine.


speaking of which, i've joined a car club for mini owners. this saturday we'll be driving up to solvang. i'm glad too because i had just told albert, my 25 year-old, that i wanted to take lucy up there for some sight-seeing. i even booked a motel in lompoc for us to stay the night.
